One night's deposit is required for each reservation. Deposits may be made by credit card at the time of reservation or by check within seven days of making your reservation.

Cancellations must be received three days in advance of arrival date for deposit refund. There will be a $20 handling fee. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than three days before arrival.

Two night minimum stay on weekends and during peak season. Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.Exceptions may be made based upon availability.

Pets friendly accommodations are available . Pets are allowed in Camper Cabins and Older Ocean View Cabins only.

No smoking allowed in any of the units. Towels can be exchanged and additional amenties can be picked up in laudry room. Laundry room is opened 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.

No daily house keeping services.

Rates vary according to specific accommodations and availability.

Management reserves the right to reassign rooms.

A fire permit is needed for fires on the beach. You can purchased firewood at the front desk for $5.00. Please do not burn driftwood please, bundle of wood can be purchased at front desk.

Extra Charges

$12.50 extra occupancy charge per person
$10 pet charge (Camper Cabins and Townhouses only)
$75 per day charge for smoking in non-smoking units.
Management reserves the right to add additional charges for theft, damage, or additional cleaning.
